A formal program designed to assist adults to become full participants in the sacraments of the church. The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults is designed for adults who, after hearing the mystery of Christ proclaimed, consciously and freely seek the living god and enter the way of faith and conversion as the Holy Spirit opens their hearts.
The rites include a period of formation conducted over approximately one year commencing during the summer and culminating in the celebration of the Easter Vigil where those who have made the commitment receive the sacraments that bring them into full communion with the Catholic Church.
Anyone interested in learning more about RCIA or volunteering to help with the program should contact the church.
